Through this site we collect only what you choose to give us in the contact form or when booking a consultation:

- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The content of the message you send
- The procedure or service you are asking about, if you tell us
Sensitive data
We do not request sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include details of your health, diagnoses or medical history in the contact form. That information is collected and protected within the medical consultation itself, under professional confidentiality and applicable health regulations.
Why we use it
Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:
- Responding to your request for information or a consultation
- Scheduling, confirming or rescheduling your appointment
- Following up on the conversation you started with us
Secondary purposes
With your consent, and in aggregate statistical form, we use browsing information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You may refuse these purposes without any effect on the care you receive — simply choose “Essentials only” in the cookie notice.
Data sharing
